Rates
USA : $9 USD flat rate
Canada : $7 USD flat rate
International : Price will be calculated at the checkout based on your address and number of puzzles in your order.
Packaging and shipping times
Orders containing in stock items ship in 1 - 2 business days from the time of purchase. During peak times (the holidays, sales and new releases), shipping times may be delayed slightly.
Orders containing any preorder items will ship by the date noted on the product at the time of your purchase.

We currently ship to all of North America and a limited number of countries overseas. For a complete list of countries, click here.

Carriers
Currently all of our shipments are being sent with UPS which is fully trackable.
PO Boxes
As we are currently only shipping orders with UPS, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Duties and Taxes
For international orders, additional import fees from UPS may apply. Some countries that are and duty and tax free are The United States, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Any orders that will incur import fees, will be noted at checkout.
