Orders containing in stock items ship in 1 - 2 business days from the time of purchase.
Orders containing any preorder items will ship by the date noted on the product at the time of your purchase.
Countries that we are able to ship to
Due to COVID-19, DHL eCommerce is currently unable to ship to a large number of countries. This list is changing daily, so in order to make sure we do not take any orders that we cannot fulfill, we are currently only shipping to countries that have a UPS option. For now we are only shipping to Australia, Canada, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand and the United States.
Unfortunately we do not have an update on when we will be shipping with DHL again, but we will update our shipping page as soon as we can. We want our puzzles to be accessible to as many people as possible and we apologize if you are not currently able to place an order through our website.
During these challenging times, none of our shipping times are guaranteed and can vary greatly. All of the carriers are overwhelmed with the number of packages in the system and estimated delivery dates can change at any point during the transit time.
United States : 2 - 6 days
Canada : 1 - 5 days
Mexico : 3 - 5 days
Australia, New Zealand and Japan : noted at checkout

Currently all of our shipments are being sent with UPS which is fully trackable.
As we are currently only shipping orders with UPS, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Duties and Taxes
Our pricing does not include import duties or taxes. Please check your countries VAT limits to ensure that you will not be charged an additional amount upon delivery.
