We want you to love our puzzles as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please read our return policy below.
We accept returns on unopened puzzles that are initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a full refund (less the original cost of shipping), the puzzle must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the reason for your return. The packing slip showing the order number must be included in the return along with the puzzle. The puzzle should be shipped back to us at:

You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and we recommend using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any items lost in shipping. *Please note that any returns shipped to our PO Box listed on the puzzle box will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.
Once your return has reached our warehouse it will be inspected and we will contact you within 5 business days to confirm receipt. If the puzzle is found to be in its original condition and in its original packaging, a full refund (less the original cost of shipping) will be issued to your original form of payment.
If you would like to receive an exchange for a different puzzle instead of refund, please let us know via email and we will happily exchange the puzzle for you. Please follow the same instructions as listed above for shipping the original puzzle to us. Once we have received and inspected the return, you replacement puzzle will be shipped out. In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost of the replacement item (standard shipping rates apply).
We do our best to ensure your puzzle will arrive in perfect condition, but occasionally damage may occur during shipping. If the puzzle you received is damaged, please email us at email@example.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to return the puzzle and once we have received it in our warehouse, we will ship a replacement puzzle at no additional charge. Please note that we only offer exchanges on damaged items, not refunds.
*All sales items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
*In order for a puzzle to be deemed as damaged in shipping, significant damage must be observed, minor defects do not warrant an exchange.
