Return Policy for Wholesale Orders

Returns
At this time we cannot accommodate returns on wholesale orders.

Exchanges
Although we do not offer returns on wholesale orders, we do try to accommodate exchanges when possible. Whether or not we can accommodate an exchange is decided on a case by case basis. Please email us at hello@fourpointpuzzles.com with any exchange requests.

Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure your puzzles will arrive in perfect condition, but occasionally damage may occur during shipping. If any of the puzzles you received are damaged, please email us at hello@fourpointpuzzles.com within 15 days of receiving your order to let us know. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to return the puzzle(s). The packing slip showing the order number must be included in the return along with the puzzle. The puzzle should be shipped back to us at:

Once we have received the damaged puzzle(s) in our warehouse, we will ship a replacement puzzle(s) at no additional charge.

*Please note that any returns shipped to our PO Box listed on the puzzle box will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense. Please note that we only offer exchanges on damaged items, not refunds.

Exceptions
*In order for a puzzle to be deemed as damaged in shipping, significant damage must be observed, minor defects do not warrant an exchange.
