Packaging and shipping times
Orders containing in stock items ship in 1 - 2 business days from the time of purchase. 

Shipping Times
United States : 2 - 6 days
Canada : 2 - 5 days
Canada - within Ontario : 1 - 2 days
Mexico : 3 - 5 days
The rest of the world : noted at checkout
*These shipping times are approximate and do not include weekends or holidays. 

Carriers
All of our small shipments (240 units or less) are being sent with UPS which is fully trackable. Larger shipments will be sent on pallets via our appointed freight forwarder and details will be discussed prior to shipping.

PO Boxes
As we are currently only shipping orders with UPS, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Duties and Taxes
Our pricing does not include import duties or taxes. Please check your countries VAT limits to ensure that you will not be charged an additional amount upon delivery.
