Canada flat rate shipping - $7 USD
Rest of world - Shipping rates vary by destination and quantity of puzzles ordered.
All orders ship from our Toronto, Ontario warehouse. Orders of in stock items are shipped out in 1 - 2 business days from the time of order. Transit times are as follows:
United States : 2 - 6 days
Canada : 1 - 5 days
Europe : 1 - 2 weeks unless otherwise indicated at checkout
All other countries : 3 - 4 weeks unless otherwise indicated at checkout
*These shipping times are approximate and do not include weekends. Please allow extra travel time in December as most carriers are typically slower due to the volume of packages being shipped. International orders are occasionally held at customs in the destination country which can cause a delay. Long customs delays are rare, but can occasionally take up to 3 weeks. Countries that tend to have longer customs delays are: Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Israel and Kuwait.
For orders containing any preorder items, the entire order will ship once all items are in stock. Please refer to the individual preorder item to see the estimated shipping date.
All orders to the United States and Canada will ship with UPS unless delivery is to a PO Box in which case USPS or Canada Post will be used.
For all international orders we ship with DHL eCommerce. This service means that DHL will take the package to the destination country where it is handed to the local postal service for final delivery. DHL will provide a tracking number for the local postal service and it is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking in case the order needs to be picked up at the local post office. Four Point Puzzles will not re-ship or refund orders that are returned to to sender due to inaccurate addresses or orders that are not collected at the local post office.
All orders to The United States and Canada will come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you. For international orders, you will receive a DHL eCommerce tracking number via email which will also include a link to the tracking number for the local postal service.
Duties and Taxes
Most countries do not charge import duties or taxes on puzzles. However if the country you reside in does charge, our shipping fees do not cover these costs and they will need to be paid at the local post office once your puzzle arrives.
